BROW DOWN STUDIO’s Brow Sculptor is a flexible, medium to spike hold eyebrow gel that tames springy, unruly brows and expertly shapes them in place. When good brows behave badly, the Sculptor delivers on-the-go, studio styling — dispensing just the right amount of gel with a single spoolie swipe. The clear formula works for all hair colors (brunettes, blondes, redheads, grays) and is designed with Freeze Technology to shape, define, lift, then seriously set with all day wear time. Use it alone for natural glam or layer over brow pencil to add even more oomph to arches.
